Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete check-in and luggage procedures.
To cancel or reschedule a ticket, passengers must arrive before the departure time. The ticket remains valid for 90 days from the original travel date, subject to a $10 rescheduling fee.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time indicated. Passengers who fail to board at the scheduled time will forfeit their tickets with no option for rescheduling.
All passengers must carry valid travel documents, which will be checked before boarding and may be required for entry into another country.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on board all buses, as required by federal law.
The company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, weapons, or any form of disruptive behavior.
The minimum age to travel alone is 17 years.
Luggage is subject to border inspection as required by authorities.

RN-05 years old: Minors
06–59 years old: Adults
60+ years old: Senior Citizen / INAPAM
Traveling with pets is not permitted.
Prohibited items include: acids, flammable or corrosive liquids, firearms, fuel tanks, compressed gases, radioactive materials, explosives, poisons, and pets.
Each adult passenger is allowed two (2) regular suitcases, with a total combined weight of up to 40 pounds (18.5 kg). Each child is allowed one (1) suitcase.
Any excess luggage will be charged at $1.00 per pound, depending on space availability in the bus storage compartments.
Prohibited luggage items include: engines, car transmissions, bicycles, plastic boxes, tires, televisions over 32 inches, and wheelchairs (except for passengers with disabilities).
Note: Excess baggage fees do not cover passengers transferring to another bus line within Mexican territory.
Luggage carried in overhead compartments is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Passengers must ensure all checked luggage is properly labeled and accompanied by the official baggage receipt.
The company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to $100 per suitcase, provided the original baggage receipt is presented.
At Mexican or U.S. customs checkpoints, each passenger is responsible for unloading, presenting, and reloading their own luggage.
Passengers traveling as tourists with a valid visa must carry the following:
Valid passport and visa.
Proof of payment of the $6.00 permit fee, completed online at www.i94.cbp.dhs.gov.
Name, address, and phone number of the destination in the United States.
Proof of address (e.g., water, electricity, or phone bill).
Proof of income.
Bank statements (if available).
For farmers (ejidatarios): Procampo documents or branding iron certificate.
For students: Proof of enrollment or study certificate.
Note: If your travel permit is denied, you must report it to the ticketing agency within 24 hours to receive a partial reimbursement.
Valid passport book or passport card.
Payment of a $22 fee for a tourist permit.
Valid Mexican passport.
Valid U.S. residence card.
