Refund Policy

Refund Policy for AUTOBUSES Mares

In the event of a cancellation request, or if the User believes they have been charged an amount greater than the actual Booking Price for a specific booking (and provided that such overcharge was not caused by the Payment Facilitator), the User may submit a refund request through the AUTOBUSES Mares Platform, via Authorized Channels, or by contacting the AUTOBUSES Mares support team, in accordance with our official cancellation and refund policy.


Refund Procedure

If AUTOBUSES Mares determines that a refund request is valid, the refund amount—after deducting any applicable cancellation fees—will be credited back to the User’s wallet or bank account, depending on the original payment method used. Alternatively, refunds may be processed through the same Authorized Channel that facilitated the original booking.

For bookings made via Authorized Channels, the refund will be handled exclusively through that same channel. The User acknowledges and agrees that it is the Authorized Channel’s sole responsibility to process and deliver the refund. AUTOBUSES Mares will not be held liable for any claim, loss, or damage incurred by the User if the refund cannot be collected from the Authorized Channel.


Excess Charges or Unauthorized Transactions

If the User has been charged more than the actual Booking Price, or if an unauthorized deduction has been made from their debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet, due to reasons attributable to the Payment Facilitator or unauthorized User actions, the refund process for such cases will be handled directly between the User, the Payment Facilitator, and the bank. In such instances, the User releases AUTOBUSES Mares from any liability or claims arising from overcharges or unauthorized deductions.


Submitting a Refund Request

Users must contact AUTOBUSES Mares by email at info@autobusesmares.com or reach out to our customer care service to initiate a refund request. The request should include a clear explanation of the circumstances that led to the refund claim.

AUTOBUSES Mares will make every reasonable effort to notify the relevant Payment Facilitator or bank about the refund request promptly. However, please note that AUTOBUSES Mares is not responsible for any delays, processing issues, or non-acceptance of refund requests by third parties such as banks or Payment Facilitators involved in the transaction.
